Do you know both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace equally well?
Yes. We maintain active expertise in both platforms — our team manages clients on both, and we don't favor one over the other. When we recommend a platform, it's because it fits your business, not because it's the one we're comfortable with.
We haven't picked a platform yet. Can you help us decide?
Absolutely. On a free consultation we'll walk through what your team actually uses, what you've tried before, and what you care about most — price, feature depth, integration with your other tools, or familiarity. Neither suite is automatically 'better'; it depends on your business.
Can you migrate us from one platform to the other?
Yes, in either direction. We've moved businesses from Workspace to Microsoft 365 and vice versa. Email, contacts, calendars, and often Drive / OneDrive content all come over. We plan migrations carefully — typically a weekend cutover with your team back to work Monday morning.
Do we need to buy licenses through you?
No. You can buy licenses directly from Microsoft or Google, through a reseller, or however you already do it. We manage whatever tenant you have. If you'd prefer we handle licensing as a partner, we can — but it's never required.
Can you manage Intune, device enrollment, or Google Vault?
Yes. For Microsoft 365 clients, we handle Intune device management and Autopilot enrollment. For Workspace clients, we handle Vault retention policies, legal hold, and eDiscovery searches. Both are included where relevant.
What actually counts as end-user helpdesk?
Anything your team would otherwise email an internal IT person about: password resets, missing emails, Outlook / Gmail setup on a new laptop, calendar permissions, 'why can't I open this file,' MFA setup on a new phone. Usually handled within a few business hours.
