What platforms do you host?

Our bread and butter is WordPress, which we host on enterprise-grade managed infrastructure. We also host static sites (built with tools like Astro, Next.js, or Hugo), Shopify storefronts we can integrate with, and a few other CMSs on request. If you're running something unusual, ask us — we're happy to take a look.

Do you build websites too, or only host them?

Hosting and ongoing care is our main service. For larger builds or redesigns, we partner with a small network of designers and developers we trust. For small edits and routine updates, those are included in your monthly retainer — you don't need an outside developer for day-to-day changes.

Can you migrate our existing site?

Yes, and we do this for almost every new client. We migrate WordPress sites from any existing host with zero downtime — we set up a staging copy, verify everything works, then cut over. Your visitors never notice. Migration is included in onboarding.

What about business email?

We don't host email directly — hosting email well is a full-time job and there are providers who do it better than us. We do handle email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records) as part of DNS management, and if you need someone to fully run your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, that's a separate service we also offer.

What happens if my traffic spikes?

Our hosting is built to handle normal traffic fluctuations, including the occasional marketing push or viral moment. For sustained high-traffic sites, we'll recommend the Premium plan or a custom setup. We'll never silently throttle you or hit you with a surprise overage bill.

Can we see what's happening on our site?

Yes. We send monthly reports with uptime, performance, security events, and what we've done on your site that month. You can also request a live view of the hosting environment anytime, and we'll walk you through it.
